2.4. Fees and Payments
maktrix.art may collect a commission or service fee for each completed transaction. Fees will be clearly outlined in your seller dashboard. Payouts will be processed to your linked payment account within a reasonable timeframe.
2.5. Prohibited Listings
You may not list:
- Infringing, stolen, or plagiarized content;
- Content containing hate speech, pornography, or illegal services;
- Services that violate privacy, security, or ethical standards.
3. Terms for Buyers
3.1. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must:
- Provide accurate information during checkout;
- Comply with licensing terms associated with purchased content;
- Refrain from reselling, sublicensing, or misusing digital assets.
3.2. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our platform. Refunds may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on the website. Buyers must submit refund requests within the specified period and provide valid reasons for the request.
3.3. Licensing and Usage
Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased content as described in the product listing. Any usage beyond the stated license requires explicit permission from the seller.

- We are not liable for disputes between users but may facilitate resolution at our discretion.
